BenMet NY is a small metal commodity trading company supplying customers in the steel, metal alloying and chemical industries with a range of primary metals, ferro-alloys and chemical products.

The company was formed in October 1996 by Mr. Derek Benham who has over 25 years experience in the worldwide metal trading business. From offices in New York and through agents in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico, the company provides metals and alloys to customers throughout North and South America as well as through other trading partners to customers in Europe and Asia.
